I had a lovely day on Sunday having fun on the new boys at West Wilts and their Unaffiliated One Day Event!
PADDY won the BE80 finishing on his dressage score of 15.0!!!
PAINSWICK KING WEASEL, owned by Lucy Hicks-Beach, finished 2nd in his first BE90 on a dressage score of 23.0, unfortunately a few time cross country lost the win by 0.1!!! I’m really thrilled with them. Both PADDY and PAINSWICK KING WEASEL next outing will be Chepstow Unaffiliated for the BE90 in three weeks.
We also had an afternoon BSJA at Rectory Farm on Thursday. LAWA jumped well in the 1.20m, rolling just one pole which was a shame, however he is becoming very grown up!
NANKIN DES RUETTES did his best showjumper impression to fly round the 1.20m and finish 2nd! He also jumped well in the 1.30m.
CHARLES RR had his super pingy shoes on jumping double clear to finish 3rd in his first 1.30m!

This weekend I’m heading to Purston Manor Horse Trials in Northampton for the NRF (National Regional Final) with LAWA, then next weekend we head to Barbury International near Marlborough, Wiltshire for the CIC** with NANKIN DES RUETTES and CHARLES RR!
